Order Cancellations & Returns Policy
Can I cancel my order before it arrives?
Once Flora’s Bridal submits your order to the designer, the order cannot be canceled due to the designer’s policies.
However, we offer the following options:

If your order has not yet been submitted to the designer, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the merchandise for a 50% refund.
Return Policy
You may return your merchandise for a 50% refund of the item’s price if the following conditions are met:

Item is returned within 15 days of delivery

Item is in new condition with tags attached
-
Item has never been worn, altered, or washed
-
Item is in its original packaging
-
A copy of your receipt or order confirmation number is included in the package

Or, for added convenience, email florasbrides@gmail.com to request a pre-paid return shipping label. Flora’s Bridal will provide a return label at no cost to you if requested.
Return Shipping Responsibility

If you use your own shipping method, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

If you request a pre-paid shipping label from Flora’s Bridal, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Flora’s Bridal is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned or credited.
Shipping & Delivery

In-stock formalwear (e.g., LaDivine, Lucci Lu): Ships within 2 business days if available.

Made-to-order gowns (e.g., Christina Wu, Adrianna Papell, DaVinci): May take 4–6 months to arrive.

Bridesmaid gowns: May take up to 14 weeks to produce. Rush delivery may be available—call us at 813-684-0644.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note:
We cannot change your shipping address after the order has shipped. Flora’s Bridal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during delivery.
It is important to be professionally measured before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit. Gowns ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for a full refund. Alterations are a standard part of formalwear and may be necessary to achieve the perfect fit. We recommend visiting a trusted local seamstress for any adjustments.
